Quick Question...
i have a Canon XL G1 and i want to get cineform, obviously the G1 has HD SDI output but i dont want to splash out on an AJA card
so i'm thinking a blackmagic intesity card and a SDI to HDMI converter then capture it will this work? Creative Video Blackmagic Design HDLink HD-SDI / SD-SDI to DVI / HDMI converter http://www.creativevideo.co.uk/publi...link-front.jpg i dont see why it should not, but i just want to make sure thanks EDIT this is for live capture on set |

It should work, but wouldn't a HDSDI Decklink card be cheaper?
