removed not deactivated
Hi my question is that after talking with adobe support, trying to fix a problem they had me remove cineform prospect hd as they said they dont support cineform. My machine is still in the shop and I am wanting to put the prospect hd on another machine and not sure how to as I didnt deactivate my number from the first machine. Any thoughts? TAG

Terry, if your previous machine is still available, you can reinstall PHD then deactivate it. This will take less than 5 minutes. That will store your activation on our server. If your previous machine is toast, then contact us at support at cineform dot com and we'll get you taken care of. At this point it's likely Monday however.
