Brian, there aren't too many replies going on here, so perhaps your problem is very specific. I encourage you to work directly with CineForm support as that may be a more efficient path. If you are waiting on an answer, poke on Jake to make sure he realizes your trouble ticket remains active.

Brian we're having EXACTLY the same problems here but on Win XP Pro, using Canon HF11 files (M2TS when imported).
Last year when I tried the software out, it worked fine for me so I'm confused as well. |

I think you need an AC3 Decoder.
My Neo HD Mac crashed when I disabled Perian which enables AC3 Decoding. I just enabled it and now my Neo HD Mac works perfectly! Have you tried the Mac version? |
