Magic Bullet Look on HD- AE3 or AP3?

Which one produces better quality HD results through the Cineform workflow?

Option 1) Edit HD (in Cineform AVI PC format) in Premiere CS3 then Export the HD as a Cineform AVI file. Then import the latter file into After Effects CS3, add Magic Bullet Looks to it. Render Movie as Cineform AVI from After Effects.

Option 2) Or simply Edit HD (in Cineform AVI PC format) and add the Magic Bullet Looks effects in Premiere CS3 then Export the HD as a Cineform AVI file.
