Missing files
I ran a codec test with g-spot and it indicated 2 missing files, I need to know if this affects the performance of NEO HDV, I tried multiple times to put in a support ticket and it kept timing me out, could not connect, here are the two files in question:

missing files
sorry files will not upload, they are word files, and cannot connect to cineform.
essentially one is cineforn on/off switch other is cineform raw encoder
