cineform in polivision
Hi!
I need to prepare a polivisional movie 4096x768 pix consisting of 4 screens (each 1024x768 in resolution) showing upscaled DV Video (720x576 PAL -> 1024x768). I'm planning to upgrade from Aspect HD to Prospect 4k. Does Prospect 4k support such resolutions, not being the standard of a 4k video format? Would I need to convert all the footage from DV Video to Cineform to be able to edit in RT? What is the best export format and bitrate to show such presentation, I'll be using NVIDIA Quadro NVS 440 for display. Best regards, Michal Bernardyn |

The resolution is not an issue for Prospect 4K. You could Premiere itself to do the DV to 1024x768 scales as HDLink doesn't have that resolution option. For playback you maybe on your own, as I'm not sure which tools you can use. We are often used for custom presentations, but sometimes it requires a little coding.
