Activation Issue
My computer went down yesterday and I was forced to reformat on a new hard drive. But now when I try to activate AspectHD again the activation key doesn't work because the hardware code has changed. But I can't request another key because the old account is still shown as activated. I won't be able to deactivate it because it no longer existed.
Can David or someone from Cineform help me resolve this issue? Thanks! |

Hi David, I would except that last time it took three weeks for them to get back to me. I just want to post here first to bring it to your attention.
I'll go ahead and submit a ticket though. |

Something is wrong (like we are at a tradeshow) if a simple activation request takes more than a day or so -- which sure not be an issue as you have 15-days before an activation is required. We never do activation requests on a public forum, is has no value for other users. The forum is best for community questions. Plus I don't know how to activations, support does that.
In general, if only CineForm can help, don't post here.
