Convert 25p to 30p at DVinfo.net

Is it possible to convert 25p Aspect HD files to 30p somehow? There is no option for this in HD Link. I don't mind the 20% increase in speed, but need to fit a few seconds of PAL video in an NTSC timeline somehow. I use Premiere and After Effects.

Easiest way (as HDLink doesn't have that mode) is to use a tool like AVIFrate (AM Software | Freeware AVI Frame rate changer.) Use that to change the header frame rate from 25 to 29.97. You will need to manually remodule any audio, which is something HDLink handle so well.
