Help, please with transferring NEO HD registration
David...
Over the weekend, I un-registered my NEO HD license on my workstation and transferred NEO HD to my new quad core computer. I sent in the system ID as reported by HDLINK and was sent an activation code. Unfortunately, when I opened the register utility, it reported a different system code, and the activation key I was sent doesn't work. I've filed a trouble ticket to customer support, however, I've received no reply. Can you look into this for me? Many thanx, Bill R. |

Bill, we'll get it taken care of this morning. Send an email to support at cineform dot com and provide the information again.

Same problem for me. I have many other issues with NEO-HDV as well, but I figure getting the latest update is the first step. I got an activation code for 3.4 e-mailed to me, but it didn't work. Then I contacted Cineform about it a week ago by reopening a related ticket, and still no reply.
