Matrox MXO2
Hi there,
Not sure how the MXO2 works in PPRO CS3, but I was wondering if Cineform would work with such a device? Thinking about purchasing one for monitoring and capturing in the field, that is, until Cineform 'Solid' comes out... Thanks, Jim

A.f.a.i.k. the MXO2 will be "codec agnostic" i.e. it will simply be a Quicktime compatible source that you can use from any Quicktime enabled application with any installed codec supported by that application.
As it is still a couple of months at least before it will ship, I cannot say for sure but in all likelihood it will work with PPRO. I'm not sure if you can use Aspect/Prospect to capture directly into Cineform that way, maybe David Newman can venture a guess? Other tools like ScopeBox should also work with the MXO2.
