10bit and 8bit selection in Prospect 2K
hi there,
I'm using prospect 2K and working with some SD footage in SD timeline using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3... while adjusting the settings for the project I didn't see any switches to indicate what bit depth the project will be? I only found the " maximum bit depth" option in adobe premiere,, and in the Export settings window of the cineform encoder I found use 4:4:4 encoding.. am I like this working with 10bit color depth in my timeline and the exported CFAVIs? or there where a different settings I should have done to ensure that I'm working with a certain bit depth? if yes, then how can I switch it to 8bit? thanks in advance |

Only the playback settings control -- "use 32-bit ..." sets the quality for exports in CineForm presets.

In the playback Settings there is a control for bit-depth.
