Cineform install issue at DVinfo.net

I'm having a problem installing AspectHD. I've already filled out a ticket (last week) with Cineform support and still haven't had any response. So, in hopes that the ubiquitous David Newman (even though he's away at NAB) will be perusing this site I am posting here:

1. I downloaded the trial version of AspectHD about a month ago and used it with my CS3. Trial version expired.
2. Purchased the full version and installed it. However, after activating it, the Cineform presets dissappeared in the 'new project' window.
3. Did and uninstall/re-install of AspectHD, but to no avail.
4. Filled out support ticket with Cineform but have had no response from support in several days.

Is there an easy fix to this problem? I would prefer avoiding a complete uninstall/re-install of Premiere CS3.

I have the same problem.
Just upgraded today and have no presets in Premiere.
I have sent in a support ticket.. will let you know if i get an answer first :)

I did get a responce today.
But didnt work for me... so I re-submitted.
Maybe it will work for you though fi you add it to your register

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Premiere Pro\CurrentVersion]
"Plug-InsDir"="C:\\Program Files\\Adobe\\Common\\Plug-ins\\CS3\\Mediacore"

Im running mine on a different drive... so if your instal is on a c: drive... rekon this should sort it for you. Let me know as Im still trying to sort mine :-)

If you running on a different drive, change the text to match your Premiere install location.
