I have tried to update twice by email, to get the update, and so far there has been no response, I thought the updates were an auto response.

We sent out two emails to you for the HDV update. One at 7pm Tuesday and one yesterday at 4pm. Check your spam filters, and/or try another email account.

Don't understand, never had issue with yahoo till now, nothing in spam, resent request with another email, thanks
