ProspectHD Trial
I have two versions of Premiere Pro installed on the same machine: 1.5 and CS3. I cannot use the latter with our current defunct (SD) hardware, a Canopus DVRex RT Pro. We are trying to evaluate ProspectHD (with PP CS3). Unfortunately, it seems to be making itself available in 1.5 only (which is incompatible, I know) and not CS3. Any suggestions? Thanks!
On a related note, am I correct in assuming I have to have a serial number (i.e. purchased version) of a Cineform product to log a support ticket? If yes, can I just use my registered AspectHD serial, even though I am inquiring about another product? Last edited by Ed Hecht; March 12th, 2008 at 05:15 PM. Reason: more info |

Download this file.
www.cineform.com/downloads/FixPluginsPathCS3.zip Then unzip it and double click on the '.reg' file. This will update premiere's plugins path. After that, just reinstall Prospect and it should install into CS3. If not, contact support@cineform.com. And no you don't need a serial number to open a ticket. |

Thanks, Jake. That did the trick. Cineform support continues to be stellar!
