Cineform Support kicks!
I just wanted to post a thank you note for the Cineform support guys.
I was having a problem converting some footage aquired on Mac and encoded as Cineform .movs. After sending a sample file that was causing problems, Cineform released a new build that fixed the problem. Keep up the outstanding work. You will have my business for a long time. Edgar |

We try to do our best, and it helps when we get concise examples like you sent. Thank you.

These guys are great. They deserve every penny - and not only because they offer good support - they are doing a great software ... |

I do agree with all you have said.
When I had my first request a while back... it didn't go so well. I was one of the unlucky ones. Since then everything has worked fine when Ive need help with precise and friendly instructions and feed back from Jake. I must also say the new website is brill and the support blog... I'm learning a lot as HD editing is quite new for me. Just wish Adobe had the same level of support and quick bug fixes :-)

I agree, support has been very responsive.
Still trying to sort out my NEOHD and Vegas AVI issues, but they have been very responsive in trying to fix the problem. |
