Do I have enough PC to run Cineform

I know I have plenty of HD's and ram (4 gigs) but is my processor enough.
I have a Pentium D 2.8 ghz

That PC is fine, yet is on the edge if you wanting to do HDSDI / HDMI live captures. For editing you will have no issues.

Thanks David, my wife has the new machine, I always get the hand me downs because I can keep them going.

I am considering installing a new Motherboard so I can upgrade processors but not wanting to loose all my programs on the C drive.
