Does Cineform offer support for trials?
I ask because I installed a trial on January 24 and immediately ran into a problem. I submitted a ticket to support that day (611-5627775) and received a response the next day. Good help was offered and I replied with the additional information requested. Since then I've heard nothing.
My problem is that the trial will expire shortly without any opportunity to evaluate the product. If I can't get it to work, I certainly cannot buy this apparently useful tool. |

I did actually. I went into the ticket after a few days and requested an update. When I heard nothing, I sent an email last Friday. I just checked email and there's been no response.
Is a phone call in order? |
