Does NEO HDV work in Vista?

i just downloaded the trial today and im running it on my vista ultimate 64 bit. if it runs on 64bit ok , it will run on 32 ok. Im using a canon xha1 , and playing with the capturing codec. im gonna try neo hd tomarro and see how that compares
