could not find video header! Infuriating!
When using NEOHD to digitise footage using a JVC BR-HD50E via firewire I get the following message:
'Could not find video header in 10061ms of video data, possible malfunction. Please continue waiting or try again'. Anyone had this before, or got any ideas? I'm completely unable to digitise any footage right now! |

It means the data is not being seen as valid MPEG2 transport stream data. Cause could be all sort of things, please file a trouble ticket with www.cineform.com/support

Sometimes is it just a deck setting or a bad firewire card. We have one of those decks so support should be able to help. Also try capturing in HDLink as M2T only, see if that works, then try converting the results.
