Quality for ReWrapping

I need to rewrap AVI files to MOV. Is there a noticeable difference between high and Film Scan 1 quality; and what if my intent is to blow it up to 35mm.

Thanks.

p.s. And David Taylor, if you are on here, thanks for all of your help.

Wrapping is not impacting by the quality setting. Wrapping simply removes the AVI structure and replaces it with an MOV structure, leaving the CineForm compressed data untouched.

When quality is a factor, we recommend either High or Filmscan 1 for 35mm outputs and theater presentations.
