Help: deactivation code is wrong

Hi,

I deactivated my Aspect Hd because I need to format my Hd and it gave me a deactivation code. But I received an e-mail from the cineform support saying the code was invalid. I have a screenshot from the last time I had to format my pc and I had to deactivate Aspect Hd and it is the same deactivation code. I don't know if it should be this way or not, but all I know if that this IS the correct deactivation code that appeared on screen when I clicked on deactivate. Now I cannot activated it or try to deactivate it again to see if another code shows up. What do I need to do to have my product back after I format my pc?

Don't worry, they will contact you :-)

For the time being: install the Cineform software after formatting and cut away.

You can use it for 15 days again.
Good luck.

I have had this problem twice now, and I think I now know why.... I had rebuilt my system from a disk image that had once had a AspectHD demo on it. By any chance was that the case for your system also?

We had a power outage over the weekend at the office. So if you aren't getting a response, maybe the message was lost, place submit again.
