Cineform Support
what happened to the support Cineform used to give, With this latest update around the 16th, I have emailed, sent screen captures, and opened a ticket, Nothing! anyone experiencing no help like me?

Most folks find Cineform's responsiveness to their customers to be exceptionally good, so if they've slipped in your case I'm sure they'll make it right as soon as they realize anything is amiss.
That said, I notice that you list your trouble ticket last and I see in another thread that just on Friday the 23rd, Cineform suggested -- as they often do --that you use their trouble ticket system rather than email. Would I be guessing right that today is the first business day after your trouble ticket was filed? If so, at least give them a full business day after a major holiday weekend before publically griping. If not, see the paragraph above.

last week ive waited 5 days for some answer in a critical moment. not very happy about it. anywhere i can tell u, they are always there in the end (hope they can manage this better regarding the upgrowing clientbase)
jack, david: we understand your work pressure and btw, ive solved my problem by reformatting c: (i suspect some codec pack that ihad installed). with the happiness, ive upgraded to prospectHD thanks! |
