CineForm support today.
If you have support question, please use email or the ticket system at www.cineform.com/support. San Diego has a lot of wildfire troubles today so no one is in the office, all staff are working from their homes (which hopeful aren't in danger.)

We all OK, but some have CineForm employees have had to evacuate their homes as a precation -- there are 250,000 people in that status.
