Cineform playback in WMPlayer: how to prevent rewind to first frame?
While playing Cineform HD file in Windows Media Player on a PC with Neo Player installed:
a) When the file playback reaches the end of video, WMP displays and holds the 1st frame again. b) However, when the WMV file is playing, the last frame is displayed and held on screen at the end. I need b) behavior on Cineform HD files. Last frame must freeze and keep showing at the end of the video, just like on WMV files. What to do? |

Don't use Windows Media Player, use Media Player Classic which allows you to control the end event (stop, rewind or loop.)

David, unfortunately I'm forced to use WMP for this particular application.
Finally I've resolved the problem by using VB for applications to control WMP's autoRewind property since there's no such control in WMP menu since version 6.4, it seems. |
