MPEG2-DVD output from AE at DVinfo.net

This might not be a Cineform-specific issue, but since I'm relatively sure I'm not the only one using this method for outputting a CFHD project to DVD, I figured I'd ask here.

Project is 1280x720 @23.976fps, assembled in Premiere Pro with Aspect HD.

Project is then imported (as the Premiere .prproj) into AE, dropped into a 720x480 @23.976fps composition, and scaled appropriately.

Thing is, when I then try to Make Movie and select MPEG2-DVD as the output format, I receive the following error when I try to render:

After Effects: AEGP Plugin Media IO Plugin:
Transcoding cannot progress due to one or more video parameters set in-correctly(error code = 0x2003c). Please recheck the settings and try again.
MediaIO2 error: 0xc00b0002
( 5027 :: 12 )

sometimes followed by:

After Effects: AEGP Plugin Media IO Plugin: UNRECOGNIZED EXCEPTION
( 5027 :: 12 )

A little quick Googling on the former leads to this handy list of AE errors:

which suggests that

"MPEG-II output was not initiated because the options on the normal output module settings do not match the ones in the Adobe Media Encoder"

and that

"You cannot output MPEG-II for DVD with different settings. Of particular interest is the audio. It always needs to be set to 48 kHz, matching the specs of the DVD format. If you do not need audio, you need to turn it off in the generic settings and the Media Encoder, not just one of them. Your composition settings are also only allowed to be those defined in the DVD specs."

Okay, fair enough. I try this both with and without audio, and I get the same thing. I doublecheck to make sure output is 48 kHz in the output module settings -- I never seem to get as far as the Adobe Media Encoder coming up with any additional option to change/disable audio settings.

(The same thing also happens when I export a CHFD .AVI from Premiere and bring that into AE instead of the Premiere project.)

I'm sure what I'm doing wrong is quite obvious, but I can't see it. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
