Video card for AspectHD and just two screens at DVinfo.net

While we are on the topic of videocards ...

I presently have an Nvidia 7600GS card feeding a 22" LCD, plus an HDTV through the card's component breakout cable.

This works great EXCEPT there's a .5sec or so hesitancy and black screen on the HDTV whenever I move between the timeline and monitor windows, or start timeline playback.

Given that I'm happy enough with Aspect and 8-bit, is there a modest-cost videocard upgrade I could do to achieve more seamless playback on the HDTV? Might a low-end Quadro card improve things, for example?
