DV Help
I know this is in the wrong place and I am sorry, but I really did not know where to place the post but you folks here know more than i do.
Here is my question. I exported a dv file out of Imovie that I put there by using Cineform The export went fine. The exported DV file is on my desktop and it plays fine, all the way through in QT. No Problem. I go to move the file, which is 29Gigs to my external firewire drive that has 665 Gig available non used space and is Fat 32 and I get this error at 3.33 gigs into the transfer and it says error -1309 some stuff went wrong and we cannot copying has terminated due to an unexpected error. Anyone have any clues on this?? Thanks in advance |

FAT32 has a file size limitation of 4GB. Don't use FAT32. You will likely need to addtional software to support NTFS via the Mac.
