problems with video capturing in NEO
I am using NEO to capture HDV from my son's football games. I have observed the following capturing both to .avi and .m2t: The very last portion of every clip contains a small portion of the following clip. When I expand the time line the duration is approx. .7 seconds. I also notice the audio is flat during that portion. When viewing the clips it appears to "stutter" at the end of one clip and the beginning of the next clip.
Interestingly, this does not occur when capturing to .mov. However, for some reason Vegas 7.0e keeps crashing when I place the .mov clips on the timeline. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Brent |

Make sure you have scene detection turned on, and that should not happen.

Actually, scene detection was on.
I downloaded and installed the latest update and so far I have not observed the previous mentioned anomoly. I don't mind problems as long as I know want went wrong. What drives me nuts is when I can't figure out what went wrong. |
