NEO HDV won't activate at DVinfo.net

I downloaded the NEO HDV trial version, and after the trial expired, I decided to purchase it. Now, however, when I try to enter my name and the activation key it brings up a window which states, "The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again."

I'd love to get this resolved, as my project needs to get done ASAP.

Is you create a support ticket you get you activation address faster, I can't do anything about it remotely. However, if you get in a jam, uninstall NEO HDV and install NEO HD, the 15-day trial for that product will solve your issues until Tuesday when we can activate your NEO HDV.
