How do I find a lost serial number?
David,
I own a license for ConnectHD from several years ago. I want to upgrade to Neo HDV for the $59 but I do not know my serial number as I misplaced it after I bought AspectHD. Who do I get hold of (and how) at Cineform to give it to me. The reason I want it is because I now use a MAC and want to use the cineform codec. Thanks! Stacy |

email support@cineform.com with the name you use to registry Connect HD, they can that get you your old serial number. Note: The Mac CineForm encoder is not likely to ship with NEO HDV, maybe only NEO HD & 2K. So please check on that before upgrading. The CineForm decoder for Mac will be free just as it is on the PC.

Wow! Great, fast response at 11:40pm on a Saturday! Is there an upgrade path from Connect to NeoHD? Or, better yet.... can I possibly surrender my license for Aspect and convert it to a MAC license for NeoHD? Stacy |

Certainly you can upgrade form Connect HD to NEO HD, you can possibly cross-grade from Aspect HD to NEO HD, but you will need to contact sales for that. Also consider NEO 2K, all the cool stuff is happening there (4:4:4 and alpha channels, etc.) and it is only $200 more.
