My first camera system...
...maybe old but for a first camera I don't think it's that bad. Here's what I got:
1. Canon XL-1 2. Canon Full-manual Video Lens 14x Zoom with ND filters 3. MA200 shoulder support/XLR adapters 4. Canon case 5. Manfrotto 501 Tripod Of course no manual ,so if anyone has a pdf manual and care to share it with me I'll be very happy. I'm sure there are still many more folks out there that still uses this camera.

Hi Charles,
Congratulations on getting a wonderful camera. I loved my XL1! I believe I have the PDF version of the manual here somewhere. I can't remember though if it it NTSC or PAL specific. I have a copy of it printed out. Let me look around and if I find it, I'll send it via private mail. Good job on getting a 14X manual, those are hard to come by. regards, -gb- |

xl-1 manual
Thank you Greg for the wonderful comment. Yes, I got the whole thing for a good deal. I have the pal version but I don't thing there is much difference other than that. So if you manage to find the pdf manual I would very much appreciate. I will pm you my e-mail.

Try this link:
http://www.mediacollege.com/equipmen...camera/xl1.pdf It is for the NTSC version, but I don't think there is too much that is different. Good luck and enjoy the camera! Jon |
