Leaving tapes in XL1S and zoom question
1. The manual states you should not leave tapes in the XL1S, is a time frame available, overnight, long term? I leave tapes in for several days at a time without adverse affects, should I not do this?
2. The last part of zoom seems to have a slow area, (possibly so the mechanism doesn't hit the stops at full speed, also, it is slow the very first part of panning back out, is this normal. Thanks Donny |

1. A long time meaning more than 30 days or so. You risk stretching out the tape, and wearing out some delicate springs inside the transport mechanism.
2. Perfectly normal. |
