Some of my work with XL1s
Hi all,
Here is one of my old work with Canon XL1s and Final cut, what you guys think? Do you think I can do similar editing with 5d, HD and Premiere Pro 4? How often are you shooting with the xl1s?? Just curious to see if people are using thY guy much these days?

I still use three of them every friday and saturday. Where I live people donīt give a damn about hdv or sd yet. They just want to appear on tv.
With proper care and handling these are real workhorses. Outdated? you bet. Practical? definitely. Good bang for the buck? Absolutely. My closer competitor uses a couple of HMC70s, and being a feature limited but nice camera, his sd delivered work doesnīt cut the cheese. (of course his workflow is the one to blame, not the camera... but who am I to tell him? I still shoot sd). BTW Mitchell: Very nice work. Cheers |
