FASSSST !
I just applied to the club about a month and a half ago and sitting in my mailbox today was my membership card and welcome letter!
Woo Hoo! This card will also get me into the VIP areas of the Playboy clubs, right??? |

I did mine on-line.
I tried calling like some of the other folks here but they weren't falling for it the day I tried. :) |

Gee folks using a G2 as a club seems like a bad idea. They aren't built that strongly.

Well, everyone knows the GL2 can't be used as a club, but the XL1 is another case, hence the Canon XL1 Owners Club. GL1/2 need not apply.

XL-1s Club
I never got one of those owner's clubs when I bought my XL-1s. What's it used for... to whack people on the hand when they try to touch your rig?
I've just been sticking them with a fork when they do that. |
