XL1 pal - Deal or no deal?

I live in the Czech Republic, and recently found a new XL1 (pal with 16x lens and all new accessories) at a consignment shop. It's in the box, with warrantee and everything. They're asking 88,000 CZK, which is about 2,900 Euros. For comparison, the XL2 new from the same shop costs 178,000 CZK (5,900 Euro). Does anyone in Europe know if this is a decent value? The XL1 isn't sold in shops any longer, and I feel like the price is fair, if not great. Am I wrong on this? Can the same be had in some shop in Amsterdam for 500 Euros or something? Thanks for any advice.

I think that is a pretty fair price for Europe! I can tell you that it is more
expensive here in Holland (due to higher taxes etc.).

XL1s or XL1?
I assume the first, because the other one is actually discontinued, so it would be remarkable.
If it's the xl1s it's a pretty good deal, if it's an xl1 I would think it's kind of expensive...
Good luck!

That's a very good point indeed Mathieu! That is okay money for an XL1S
(second generation of the XL1), not the older plain XL1 model!

Make sure the S is written after the XL1 part on the body of the camera!

Clarification

Yes, thanks for bringing that up. It is an XL1s. Thanks very much for the replies! I thought it was a decent price, but it's a nice chunk of money anyway, so I wanted to check around before I buy.
