White balance issue XL1
How do.
I have 2 Canon cameras 1 xl and 1 xl1s, the xl1 doesn’t seem to white balance quite the same as the other, a little yellowier… I’ve tried all the manual settings is there anyway I can adjust color temperature Cheers Jamie |

Have you checked that the Colour Gain and Colour Phase controls of Custom Preset in the internal Menus are set to the same positions in both cameras?

Tony,
We've had to bump color gain down a notch on our XL1s to get it to match up with our two XL1 cams. May be entirely subjective and apply to just our cams, but it seemed to appear closer that way.

Tony: if I'm not mistaken the XL1 does not have those options, but you can
use these controls on the XL1S to perhaps better match it to the XL1. Otherwise it may be wise to contact canon to ask if they can match the white balance circuitry on both camera's? Last thing is changing it in post to match them.
