lanc code push-af
i have built my own shoulder support - now i want to add a
a simple lanc controller for my xl1s. i found some kits and describtions of the lanc protocoll on the web (i.e. http://home.t-online.de/home/mb.koenig/lanc.htm) one very important feature is push-af. therefore the xl1 has to be switched beetween auto and manual focus. all available kits only support push-af on sony camcordes, does anyone know the code to switch the xl1-s between auto and manual focus. |

If there is such a code, I'd sure like to see Varizoom incorporate that into their controllers!

The focus auto/manual command might be 41h.

41h doesn't work with the xl-1. it works with the xm-1 and some older camcorders - it seems that there have been changes - maybe only in the answer that has to be send to the camera?
