Info on Making Music Videos
Hello to All,
I have been searching the web trying to get some info on how to shoot a music video, but I'm having problems finding resources. Do any of you XL1 users know of any method books or websites I can go to for help? Thanks Jerome |

Do NOT watch MTV, I repeat, do NOT. The stuff they show on MTV is as inspiring and innovative as watching your food spinning in the microwave
Go and get these three DVDs instead: The Work of Director Michel Gondry The Work of Director Spike Jonze The Work of Director Chris Cunningham More at: http://www.directorslabel.com/ This stuff is not only a joy to watch, but also great in terms of inspiring other filmmakers. I drew a lot from it. |

I have all 3 of those dvds and while all is full of love is the best video of all time and Gondry rocks I really thought the Jonze video with coppola as the gymnast was pretty bad... you're right I'm actually viewing BET... MTV has that Rich Girls crapola on. My bad (heh). If you have decent cable and can catch the asian/indian music videos those are freakin cool.
