Fujinon TV-Z lens on Canon XL1s?
I found a Fujinon lens from an eBay seller and they state it mounts and works correctly on a XL1/XL2 camera, just wondering if all "TV-Z" lenses will work or just this particular lens?
Thanks for your input!

Long ago there was a Fujinon 14x5.5mm that was converted to the XL mount by Optex UK. It was the *only* Fujinon conversion that I'm aware of. It has a 62mm front. Sorry I don't have easy access to the exact model number. See Guide to XL1 & XL1S Lens Options by The Watchdog
Be advised that *none* of the Z-series Fujis were ever converted to XL as far as I know. I'd disregard that auction if I were you. |

Update:
that old XL conversion by Optex from 1998 was the Fujinon T14x5.5BRM4 and the focal length on that lens was 5.5mm to 77mm. Picture attached. Hope this helps, |
