Anamorphic lens for XL1S... at DVinfo.net

While I was doing a little research on the XL1s came across this anamporhic lens, available from ZGC, and was wondering if anyone's used it.

I'm looking to purchase the 16x manual lens with the camera and the plan is to shoot a feature film. Would this lens be worth the money?

Do a search here and you'll find references to this lens. I haven't used it but I believe it has a rather limited zoom range.

Has anybody tried whether the Panasonic 72mm anamorphic adapter works with the XL1S?

The part number is AG-LA7200G.

Just wanted to revisit Murad's question whether anyone knows if Panasonic's AG-LA7200G can go on the xl1s.
