Color Balancing multiple XL1S

I have been trying to find a way to color balance three XL1S's Impossible???? So far . . . no luck. Anyone have clues on how to attain color balance with these things? Side by side white balance, iris and exposure matching and still no matching!

I have two XL1S and one XL1. I know what a headache it can be. The XL1 is my problem. The "S" cameras match just fine. I've about decided that the XL1 needs to go in for maintenance (it's two years old and hasn't had any). In the meanwhile, thank God for FCP4 and color correction!!

How to . . . ?

How do you get the xl1s' to match "just fine"? I can not get them even close to color matching!

How are you setting your white balance? How are you monitoring your signal from each camera?

XL1s

I am manually white balancing them at the same time under the same lighting condition (they are sitting side by side) They both are being monitored in the "control" room on identical monitors and THEN mixed through a Videonics MXPro. All settings are identical on each cam but NO MATCH :-( Any ideas?

Feels like one of the camera's might need a bit of serviceing.
If you have a good post application or NLE you can do white
balance in post as well. You can't use the fixed indoor/outdoor
settings? Or do they differ as well?
