Chris ain't the only one who has quicktime probs, I have v7.4 but the link won't work for me either, was looking forward to seeing it too.

I'm trying to resurrect my Cinestream 3.1. The problem I having is getting the 1394 board to work. I am pretty sure I need to delete some drivers out of the 2000 system so it will install the board correctly. Everything else seems to be working correctly.
Yes CS 3.1 was well ahead of its time, but more popular packages beat it out. One thing I do have is a bucket load of documentation on the use of this product.

Well after a lot of fussing, I got Cinestream working and working better than it had before...go figure.
That old XL-1 still works quite well. With the right accessories it is still a very nice camcorder.
