Cavision .42x super wide angle adapter

Anyone tried this one in front of the XL-H1 20X lens?

http://www.cavision.com/optics/industrial/PWA042X72.htm

I checked with Cavision and said they tested on a FX1 HDV with good results. Didn't tested with XL-H1 yet.

Any idea?

I don't know if you can focus the thing on the XLH1 since you need to get it to work with the Macro. The 20X doesn't really have a manual Macro but maybe the internal works. It is probably worth trying before buying. Watch out for the front element of the 20X. The Century people made a ring so their .8x would hurt the 20X. This may have similar issues
