what is the min illumination and or lux rating for this camera?

You can't download the manual from our link, Torrey?

Min. illumination is 0.5lx wide open, 1/4 and +18db, recommended is 100lx.

it keeps telling me it's damaged when i try to open the file i downloaded.
i need to know what the lux is with out any db gain
