After Effects Professional help please! at DVinfo.net

Would anyone be able to tell me wether i can make footage run slower in after effects without adjusting the frame rate of the composition. I think in Premiere Pro it is called the Speed/Duration setting.

Chris, this is the Canon XL H1 forum. It has nothing to do with your question about After Effects.
