Any word on the "Console" option?
I downloaded the 160 page Instruction manual hoping to learn a little more about the Console option that uses a PC as the H1's CCU and as a remote focus and zoom controller. No luck, the manual doesn't even mention it in the "Optional Accessories" section.
If anyone has any information it would be appreciated. |

Thanks Pete, but that info has been available for several weeks. I was hoping that now that the H1 is in dealer showrooms that Canon might be a little more forthcoming with Console info. But there's no manual, not even a picture, and my local dealer can't get the Canon reps to give him an availability date. So at this point it looks like vaporware to me.
If anyone does find some NEW info, please post it. |
