Practically no limit to CP files on SD card

Good news, the XL H1 isn't really limited to 20 custom presets on the memory card. Most of us are aware that the H1 can store six CP files in the camera, plus 20 more on the flash memory card. However, you can also retrieve custom presets from all the still images on the card as well.

Check the operator's manual (downloadable PDF linked from the top of this forum). On page 88, the procedure for this process is described. A common 256MB Secure Digital memory card will hold nearly 200 still images with custom preset metadata... probably more than you'll ever use. No need to maintain a separate library on a laptop (maybe a good idea though for backup purposes). You can keep 'em all on one SD card.
