Nice card seen on IBC

Livin' in Amsterdam I have an easy opportunity to check out the IBC and this new Kona LH card got my attention..

Since the Canon people at that show were not telling me anything about the XL-H1, at the time I didn't see what a great combo these new items make.
No this will not break the bank at $1790 US List Price.

The Kona LH is only needed with HDV cameras that only have analog component HD outputs. Since the XLH1 has a SDI port much cheaper HD cards can be used with the XLH1 such as the Decklink HD card for $595.00 which by the way works on Apple as well as PC while the Kona LH only works on Apple.
