I want to use the onboard mike on my Canon XLH1 as a boom mike.

I know that there is a company that makes what are supposed to be very good transformers but I forget its name. Obviously I need some kind of adapter in order to be able to use the rear balanced mike inputs on the back of the camera.

This is a third party item. Nothing to do with Canon. They make a series of little impedance matching boxes, but I can't remember the name of the company.

Can anyone help?
