Need help finding an audio cable

I am using the Rode NTG 1 (quite a nice mike) with my XLH1. It uses an XLR cable. I need to use a male right angle cable, but the only ones I have been able to find have the right angle portion pointing down when plugged into the rear of the XLH1. There is no room for a downward angled connector. I need one that points up or to the side. Does anyone know where one can be had in 1.5 feet?

If your right angle connector is made by Neutrik, it is made to orient in iirc three different positions; you have to partially disassemble it (remove the two screws, and re-position the inside part, the insides fit into grooves in the shell) . AFAIK this might be possible with other brands as well..../Battle Vaughan/miamiherald.com video team

update, just went to check ... after you take the shell apart, just push up slightly on the inside part and rotate it until it clicks into one of the other positions, no need to remove the inside from the outside. On the one I have in my hand, there are 5, not 3, possible positions.../bv
